Return & Exchange Policy
At Noella, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price.
At Noella, we have a 7-day return and exchange policy that gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased from noellafashion.in
Guidelines for Return and Exchange:
- 1. All product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
- 2. The product must be unused.
- 3. Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
- 4. Whenever you return a product, make sure you get a receipt.
- 5. Make sure the bag is sealed in front of you.
- 6. For further claim processing, make sure you take a video of the packed parcel and keep it safe with you. We will not be liable for any refunds or exchanges if the wrong product or incomplete product is received in return.
- 7. Products that do not fall under the return or exchange policy are marked as No Return, No Exchange on the product page. Please make sure to check the description before making the purchase.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Exchange are done free of charge if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Refund Policy
Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes maximum 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department.
Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. After Successfully quality check, Prepaid orders refund will initiated 7 Business days after successful Quality Check.
